Management Team
Our management team has over 70 years of combined service at Offshore Oil Services, Inc.
 

	Stacy Stanley President Stacy is the fourth generation of the Muchowich family to be actively engaged in the family business. Her many roles in the company include dispatcher, IT Director, Vice President of Finance, and her current role as President. Stacy has served on the board of directors of Offshore Oil Services since 1991.
	Michael Gay Executive Vice President Michael started his marine career in 1974 and joined us in 1982. After serving as a Captain for 13 years, he was promoted to Operations Manager for our newly formed brokerage business and 5 years later Vice President of Marketing. His current role as Executive Vice President includes responsibility for sales, operations and account management.
	Susan Batts Human Resources Director Sue joined the Offshore team in 1989 when she was hired as a Dispatcher. Over the years, Sue has worn many hats including Office Supervisor, Field Office Manager, Inventory Control Manager, and her current role as Human Resources Director. She also serves as Secretary of the Offshore Oil Services, Inc. board of directors. Sue has a rich history with the company and a deep understanding of the business that can only be obtained through experience.
	Larry Stimson Marine Maintenance Manager Larry has been engaged in the marine transportation industry for 32 years and was a Lead Captain for us before joining our staff as Marine Operations Manager in October of 2008. Larry brings many years of practicable experience to our team having worked for Tex DOT where he was involved in vessel maintenance, repair, shipyard procedures and other safety and environmental matters.
	Kathleen Lopez Sr. Accounting Specialist Kathy has been employed by Offshore Oil Services, Inc. since 2001.  She began her career as an Offshore employee performing work for an Offshore customer.  After excelling in this role, Kathy was offered the position of accounting specialist where her attention to detail and interpersonal skills make her a valuable member of our team.
	Ray Roderick Marine Logistics Coordinator Ray came to Offshore Oil Services, Inc. in 2000 as a terminal dispatcher with 15 years in transportation logistics experience. He begin his current position as procurement/logistics coordinator in 2004 and acts an effective conduit between our vessels, our vendors and our office. He also takes part in maintenance and repair activities for our fleet.
	Dermot Saltibus HSE/Regulatory Compliance Coordinator Dermot joined the management team in July 2006. His maritime background includes experience in emergency response, port operations and maritime administration. In his current capacity he is responsible for all health, safety and environmental matters, including training. He also oversees the regulatory compliance aspects of our operations.
