Management Team
Our management team has over 70 years of combined service at Offshore Oil Services, Inc.
 

	Stacy Stanley President Stacy is the fourth generation of the Muchowich family to be actively engaged in the family business. Her many roles in the company include dispatcher, IT Director, Vice President of Finance, and her current role as President. Stacy has served on the board of directors of Offshore Oil Services since 1991.
	Michael Gay Executive Vice President Michael Gay started his career with Offshore Oil Services in 1982 as a crewboat captain.  After serving as a captain for 13 years, Michael was promoted to Executive Vice President responsible for sales, account management, and day to day operation of the Muchowich Dock marine terminal.  While most of his days are spent in the office now, Michael continues to maintain his captains license.
	Susan Batts Human Resources Director Sue joined the Offshore team in 1989 when she was hired as a Dispatcher. Over the years, Sue has worn many hats including Office Supervisor, Field Office Manager, Inventory Control Manager, and her current role as Human Resources Director. She also serves as Secretary of the Offshore Oil Services, Inc. board of directors. Sue has a rich history with the company and a deep understanding of the business that can only be obtained through experience.
	Victor Contrereas Marine Maintenance Manager Victor has been a part of the Offshore team since 1984. Victor came to the United States from El Salvador and began working for the company as a yard hand. Over the years, Victor has proven himself to be indispensable to the company and worked his way up the ladder to his current job as Marine Maintenance Manager. Victor has the natural ability to diagnose problems efficiently and effectively and is a integral component of our management team.
	Kathleen Lopez Sr. Accounting Specialist Kathy has been employed by Offshore Oil Services, Inc. since 2001.  She began her career as an Offshore employee performing work for an Offshore customer.  After excelling in this role, Kathy was offered the position of accounting specialist where her attention to detail and interpersonal skills make her a valuable member of our team.
