First Captain

The First Captain serves as vessel master, provides
leadership and direction to the crew, promotes
efficiency, customer service, safety and compliance
with company policies. Must demonstrate the ability to
lead and motivate employees and possess the ability to
organize and effectively work on multiple tasks at one
time. Must have a team oriented attitude with good
interpersonal skills.

Second Captain

The Second Captain serves as relief vessel master,

Third Captain
|

The Third Captain is an entry level developmental
position which serves as relief vessel master in
training. Trains to oversee vessel operation, keeps
First Captain advised of safety and maintenance
issues. Must demonstrate the ability to lead and
motivate employees and possess the ability to organize
and effectively work on multiple tasks at one time.
Must have a team oriented attitude with good
interpersonal skills.

Seaman 1
|
|
Assumes mentor role with 2nd. Has the
necessary skills and knowledge to hold wheel while
running offshore. Can perform any required deck or
engine room tasks without instruction. Anticipates
captain's next orders. Knows how the vessel is to be
maintained and takes leadership roles in projects.
Fosters "teamwork" attitude with fellow crew
members. Working towards obtaining a USCG license. |

Seaman 2
|
|
Assumes mentor role with 3rd. Maintains vessel in
clean, safe operating condition, assist docking and
loading procedures and provides vessel security.
Maintains vessel's engine room to ensure maximum
efficiency of engines and related machinery. Working
knowledge of engine room system and related
functions. Developing advanced seamanship skills and
gaining knowledge of "Rules of the Road." |

Seaman 3
|
|
Entry level position. Maintains
vessel in clean, safe operating condition, assists
with safe loading and unloading of all deck cargo.
Gains basic knowledge of what to look for during
engine room checks and begins to understands basic
functions in machinery spaces. |

Cook
|
|
Maintains galley in a clean, safe
operating condition. Prepares menus and meals.
Shops for weekly groceries accordingly.
Functions as a seaman when necessary.
